REFUND POLICY

We offer full replacement on any faulty items.
We do not offer returns if you have simply changed your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept all returns, please contact us first as some items are received by the supplier for warranty.
To complete your return, we require your proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or damage or loss during shipping and transit.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery may not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund outcome.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, we swap like for like. We ask to see of the goods as they were received by you.
Not all returns require you to send the faulty item back. We will let you know if this is required.
The purchaser will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
