At Fatty Arbuckles we don’t follow any of the current curl methods as we have developed our very own. We have utilised various educational experiences and have worked with our clients to develop the method that we believe suits us best and suits the needs of our clients! Being able to be flexible and adjust based on our clients hair needs is what makes the Fattys method so successful and has our amazing curl clients coming back time after time!
For us to achieve your curl goals we need to be able to see the true nature, shape, wave, pattern and life of your curls. There are a few essential steps we need you to follow before your appointment, please read carefully
- Cleanse – Please ensure your hair is cleansed and conditioned, your normal product routine is fine.
- Product – Minimal product is ok such as a leave in conditioner, please avoid anything like gels or mousses that are going to affect the texture of your curls.
- Dry - Please allow sufficient time for your hair to dry. Either diffuse or allow to naturally dry. This allows your curls time to re-set and to rest in their natural state. Diffusing is fine, as is naturally drying but please ensure that arrive to your appointment with fully dried hair.
- Wear - Once dry, please wear your hair loose, tangle-free and not tied or clipped up in any way as this may result in a stretched out the curl pattern.
If you do not follow the above steps unfortunately we will be unable to proceed with your booked appointment which will result in your deposit being forfeit so please please take some time to read through.
